View Full Version : what is putting in bruce lee hours to get bruce lee results?

i hear this frequently, and i read the book that john little wrote about his exercise patterns, but the whole fact still alludes me as to the overall training he did. im a very dedicated weight trainer (not body builder) for functional muscle and martial artist, and im looking to see where i stand in the whole scheme of things. any insight?

Just means putting the same amount of time and dedication that Bruce did into his training. In so doing, you should reap the rewards of such hard work as evident in increased speed, power, etc.

the only reason i asked because i am trying to develop my body to its ultimate potential for functional use. at this time i can only compare this state of mind with how bruce lee trained. this is not to say i am copying exactly what he did. I just want to know what I am truly capable of, rather than settling for what I already know I can accomplish. and his training ex. are the some of the only guides i can find.
